Reasons why records are being held back

inconsistent meta data:
Assembly statistics file reports non-molecule top-level sequences. Inconsistency between assembly report and statistics files.
16S rRNA genes missing:
No 16S gene were found via BLAST and no feature table is published on NCBI FTP site
rrn operon deleted:
rrn operons were deleted from strain, see Quan et al 26438293
16S copy number too high:
Unrealistically high 16S copy number, indicating assembly error
