Withheld Genome Records
The genome records listed here fullfill the general criteria for inclusion in rrnDB. Reasons for rejection from rrnDB are listed further below.
data source record id | data source organism name | 16S copy number | reasons for rejection (details below table) |
---|---|---|---|
GCF_037890675.1 | Methylovirgula sp. 4M-Z18 | 2 | inconsistent meta data |
GCF_037948395.1 | Serratia nevei | 7 | inconsistent meta data |
GCF_038018215.1 | Citrobacter freundii | 8 | inconsistent meta data |
GCF_038098635.1 | Lacticaseibacillus paracasei subsp. tolerans | 5 | inconsistent meta data |
GCF_038237375.1 | Alcaligenes sp. SDU_A2 | 3 | inconsistent meta data |
GCF_949787665.1 | Photobacterium phosphoreum | 24 | 16S copy number too high |
Reasons why records are being held back
- inconsistent meta data:
- Assembly statistics file reports non-molecule top-level sequences. Inconsistency between assembly report and statistics files.
- 16S rRNA genes missing:
- No 16S gene were found via BLAST and no feature table is published on NCBI FTP site
- rrn operon deleted:
- rrn operons were deleted from strain, see Quan et al 26438293
- 16S copy number too high:
- Unrealistically high 16S copy number, indicating assembly error
